Return policy
Thank you for shopping at Mammut. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
1. Right to Return
You have the right to return any product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Footwear must be tried on indoors and returned in the original shoe box.
⚠️ Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.
3. Return Process

Pack the item(s) securely.

Ship the return package to the address provided by our team.
(We currently do not offer return labels; return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty.)
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, we will process a full refund within 14 business days using your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or refund is arranged promptly.
7. Non-returnable Items
